Teen Numbers

We are learning to understand 'teen' numbers.
We are learning that 'teen' means ten.Teen numbers have 10 and some more.

11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19

We made bundles of ten ice block sticks and then got some more to make different 'teen numbers'

 

Tools and Toys

We are learning to be Firewise.
We are learning about tools and toys.

We sorted pictures into 2 groups. 
We had to say if it was a tool or a toy.

Tools are things we use with grown ups and our parents.  They can help us to do jobs.
Toys are things we can play with and are fun.
